Formación

• Chartered or near-Chartered Structural Engineer status or equivalent.
• Excellent technical knowledge across structural disciplines.
• Strong leadership and communication capabilities.
• Aspiration and ambition to assume greater commercial and managerial responsibility.

Responsabilidades

• Lead structural engineering projects from design through completion and guide engineers and technicians.
• Attend client meetings, design reviews and site visits; build relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
• Review calculations, drawings and reports to uphold high technical standards.
• Contribute to recruitment, development and management of staff across UK and international teams.
• Identify opportunities and prepare fee proposals to support growth.
