Regional Recruitment Ltd. in Enderby, Leicester is seeking an Associate Structural Engineer for a permanent full-time role.

You will take responsibility for structural design, manage projects and teams, and build strong client and contractor relationships on projects up to £50 million. Essential qualifications include a BEng/MEng in Civil or Structural Engineering, 9+ years post-graduate experience, and chartership progress through IStructE or ICE.

• Minimum 9 years' post-graduate experience.
• Chartered or working towards chartership through IStructE or ICE.
• Strong structural design experience and structural analysis skills.
• Experience working with steel, concrete, timber and masonry.
• Proficient in relevant engineering design software.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Full driving licence and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Manage structural engineering design across a variety of projects.
• Work on commercial, residential, industrial, healthcare and education projects.
• Manage projects valued up to £50 million.
• Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians.
• Allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Produce accurate reports and project documentation.
• Attend meetings and liaise with clients, consultants and contractors.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, clients and suppliers.

Are you an experienced Associate Structural Engineer looking for a new challenge with a growing business?

Regional Recruitment are recruiting for an Associate Structural Engineer to join an established engineering consultancy based in Enderby, Leicester.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of projects across the commercial, residential, industrial, healthcare and education sectors, with project values of up to £50 million.

The role offers the opportunity to take responsibility for structural design, manage projects and teams, and build strong relationships with clients, consultants and contractors.
