About the role

Due to continued growth and expansion, we are seeking a Senior Associate Solicitor to join our dynamic Private Client teams in our Cambridge office.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional looking to take the next step in their career, working on high-quality, high-net-worth matters within a reputable and growing firm.

What this role would include
  1. Oversight and provision of a quality, tailored, and supportive legal service to a wide range of clients.
  2. Management, support, and development of the team. Mentoring and advising members of the team on complex cases.
  3. Supporting the head of department and partners with their client work and management responsibilities, and in achieving the strategic aims of the firm.
What we are looking for

While the following skills and qualifications are beneficial, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet every requirement:

  1. A qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 8+ years of PQE in Private Client law.
  2. A commercially astute and strategic thinker, capable of offering sound legal advice aligned with clients' needs.

  • Health and Wellness: Permanent health insurance, wellness programs, and mental health support.
  • Financial Benefits: Competitive salaries and discretionary payments.
  • Supportive Work Environment: An inclusive and collaborative culture that values diversity.
  • Work-Life Balance: Generous annual leave, plus birthday off.

At Tees, diversity and inclusion are central to our vision for a better and more equitable future. We embrace diversity in all its forms, including but not limited to race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, religion, and socioeconomic background. We believe that by embracing diversity, we can harness the collective power of our employees and foster a culture of collaboration, empathy, and understanding.

By prioritising diversity and inclusion, we aim to create a more innovative, creative, and compassionate workplace. Our diverse perspectives lead to better problem-solving and decision-making, enabling us to better serve our clients and make a positive impact.
