Job summary

Errington Legal is seeking a Senior Associate to play a key role in developing a growing restructuring and insolvency practice in London with hybrid working. The role involves joining a growing team, leading transactional work and contributing to business development across a national platform.

You will manage a varied caseload in a broad R&I context, collaborating with colleagues across Corporate, Real Estate and Finance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years PQE and strong technical skills.
• Experience leading transactional work in restructuring and insolvency.
• Proven ability to develop a national practice and engage clients.

Responsibilities

• Join and help to build the growing restructuring and insolvency practice.
• Lead a broad R&I role with investors, lenders, directors/individuals, corporates and practitioners.
• Manage a varied, predominantly non-contentious caseload across a nationwide practice.
• Collaborate across practices such as Corporate, Real Estate and Finance.
