Key Responsibilities

• Managing a diverse caseload of high-value residential property transactions, including prime Central London acquisitions and disposals
• Advising high-net-worth individuals, investors, and developers on complex residential property matters
• Handling leasehold enfranchisement, landlord-tenant issues, and residential property finance transactions
• Conducting due diligence and risk assessment on property developments and investment purchases
• Liaising with estate agents, financial institutions, and private client teams to provide seamless legal solutions

Requirements
