This highly regarded law firm is currently recruiting a Senior Associate to join its leading global Real Estate Team in Glasgow or Edinburgh. The team is renowned for delivering innovative legal solutions across industries.

As a Senior Associate, you will manage diverse domestic and international transactions for high-profile clients in infrastructure, retail, and government sectors. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Advising on development, infrastructure, and investment transactions.
  2. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial real estate documents.
  3. Conducting due diligence and providing landlord/tenant leasing advice.
  4. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including construction and planning.
