Real Estate Senior Associate Solicitor (5 years'+) – Edinburgh or Glasgow

My client is looking for a Senior Associate to join its leading Real Estate team in Edinburgh or Glasgow.

This role involves working on a variety of real estate transactions, including development projects, portfolio management and real estate finance. You will be part of a supportive, inclusive and flexible team that values clear communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide advice on development and infrastructure projects
  2. Manage property portfolios, acquisitions and disposals
  3. Draft and negotiate real estate documents, including contracts and leases
  4. Conduct due diligence, including preparing reports on title
