Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with extensive knowledge of public procurement law.
• Experience advising central and local government and suppliers on procurement matters.

Responsibilities

• Advising Central and Local Government and strategic suppliers on procurement strategy and implementation.
• Preparing procurement documents/notices to ensure compliant procurements.
• Advising on direct award procedures and Procurement Act 2023 enquiries.
• Advising clients on all aspects of procurement law and lifecycle.
• Contributing to the Procurement Centre of Excellence through articles, webinars and training.
