We are seeking an ambitious property litigator to join the Dispute Resolution Department for this successful and well-respected Legal 500. Depending on your level of experience, we are interested to hear from Senior Associates through to Head of Department for a role offering a route to Salaried Partner.
The firm has a small caseload ready to manage, and you will develop your network across commercial landlord and tenant disputes, including dilapidation claims, possession, boundary disputes, and rights of way. Your experience will also include lease extensions and renewals, enfranchisement, forfeiture, and breaches. You will have secretarial support enabling you to focus on your clients and prospect work.
You will be a strong negotiator with a professional and outgoing personality, and a natural flair to build and retain commercial relationships with a variety of clients. This is an opportunity to raise your industry profile, attend seminars and breakfast meetings, draft articles, and work with more junior solicitors to develop and mentor them as well.
With the full support of the Partner, you will have the freedom and autonomy to set your own career path, and the budget to build your team. In return, the career prospects are real, and the firm's benefits include bonus, generous holiday, flexible working, pension, and life assurance benefits.
