Property Litigation Associate Solicitor 5 years + PQE

Renowned law firm with a large presence in Hertfordshire and Essex with over 300 staff across all offices, are currently due to ambitious growth looking for a Property Litigation Associate Solicitor to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years PQE with technical expertise in Property Litigation matters and have a genuine passion for this area. Candidates seeking full or part time will be considered.

Responsibilities

The team advises on:

• Commercial Property Landlord and tenant matters
• Property guardianship possession actions
• Commercial dilapidations
• Boundary disputes
• Succession
• Evictions
• Commercial and residential leases

The candidate is required to:

• Have experience in drafting court/tribunal proceedings and witness statements
• Prepare trial bundles
• Deal with land registry requirements
• Be technically strong
• Strong interpersonal and team skills
• Willingness to take initiative
• Be an England and Wales qualified solicitor of 5 years+ PQE
• Training gained within a reputable law firm
• Be confident to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Have the ability to develop effective working relations at all levels
• Be confident in both verbal and written communication with a diverse range of clients
• Have a flexible approach and willing to go the extra mile
