TLT LLP in Manchester, with hybrid working (Manchester, Bristol or Birmingham), is seeking a Senior Associate to join its national Property Litigation team. You will manage your own caseload and deliver excellent service to clients across key sectors, including public sector clients and government departments.

You will supervise junior lawyers, collaborate with Partners to nurture national client relationships and participate in business development to support the firm’s growth.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with 4+ years' PQE in property litigation.
• Experience supervising junior team members is essential.
• Experience handling public sector or telecoms clients is a plus.

We are recruiting for a Senior Associate to join our successful, national Property Litigation team. This is a full-time position, based in Manchester, Bristol or Birmingham on a hybrid working basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious property litigator to develop their career as a senior member of our Chambers UK and Legal 500 ranked real estate litigation team.

Your Role

As a key addition to the team, you will be expected to deliver the following:

• Manage your own caseload of property litigation matters
• Provide an excellent service for clients across all of our key sectors, including public sector clients, local authority and government departments
• Supervise the work being undertaken by more junior team members
• Collaborate with the Partners in the team to look after our relationship with our key clients on a national basis and participate in business development initiatives
• Work with the team on a regional and national basis, to achieve key goals for the property litigation team and the firm.

Your Skills & Experience

You will be/have:

• A Qualified Solicitor (SRA or Law Society Registered) 4+ year's PQE with experience handling property litigation matters with minimal supervision. Experience of acting for clients in the public sector or telecoms would be an advantage but not essential
• A creative, forward thinker, with proven analytical, communication and organisational skills, you will be self-motivated with the ability to manage workloads and deadlines
• A client focused approach with the ability to nurture long standing relationships
• Proven experience of supervising and/or managing junior team members
• The drive and ambition to succeed as a key senior component of the team at TLT, with the commitment to developing the firm’s offering locally and nationally and sharing our people focused values
