What you'll do
  • Coordinate between various teams to identify and resolve business challenges efficiently and effectively.
  • Analyze customer reports and reviews to identify key areas for enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process and service improvements.
  • Provide regular updates to project stakeholders.
  • Pilot and manage new initiatives aimed at transforming operations and improving service quality.
  • Lead cross-functional projects utilizing data-driven insights.
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning to execution and delivery.
What you'll need
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to analyze operational performance, anticipate issues, and support quick resolution.
