Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is recruiting an Associate Project Manager for their London team. The role covers development, refurbishment and fit-out projects in commercial and residential sectors, managing from inception to completion.

You'll contribute to project strategy, procurement, programme management, risk control and contract administration, with mentoring duties and opportunities for further growth within a high-performing consultancy.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in a relevant construction / property discipline.
• MRICS or MAPM is preferred.
• Experience in consultancy environments and full lifecycle projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from inception through to completion across portfolio types.
• Oversee strategy, procurement, programme, risk and contract administration.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development.
