We're seeking a future team member for the role of Operations Business Analyst to join our Conventional Trust team. This role is located in Manchester, UK - HYBRID.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

1. Analyses and defines business requirements and functional or operational specifications.
2. Participates in the development of the functional design and user documentation by analyzing and creating business process flows or client requests and identifying changes.
3. Supports testing of new or enhanced applications and/or systems. Tasks include case development, requirement traceability analysis, test preparation, script writing, and functional test execution.
4. Gathers information and provides analysis of business issues or client feedback for a specific function or application.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

1. Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
2. Knowledge of the software development process (can be through scrum/lean agile or standard SDLC).
3. Knowledge and experience of project execution.
4. Experience or knowledge of Corporate Trust business is desirable.
