Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting a Solicitor to advise on a broad range of non-contentious construction matters for developers, investors, landlords and occupiers on significant real estate projects. The role offers a mix of complex legal work and active client relationship management within a collaborative, entrepreneurial team.

You will draft and negotiate contracts, appoint­ments and warranties; manage matters with growing autonomy; mentor junior lawyers; and contribute to the team’s ongoing

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with approximately circa 7 years' PQE.
• Strong background in non-contentious construction law.
• Experience gained within a reputable construction or real estate practice.
• Excellent technical knowledge and drafting skills.
• Commercially minded with strong client-facing abilities.
• Ambitious, proactive and keen to play a key role within a growing team.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating construction contracts, professional appointments, collateral warranties and related documentation.

• Salary ranging from £80,000 to £120,000, dependent on the level of experience.
