DWF is recruiting a Senior Associate for its Major Injury & Casualty team in London. You will assist Partners with high-value files and run your own caseload of fast-track and multi-track Personal Injury, EL/PL and Motor claims.

The team is based two days per week in the London office, with a focus on delivering quality outcomes. The role requires significant litigation experience and the ability to manage complex cases while maintaining client relationships and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5+ PQE within litigation Defendant Personal Injury, EL/PL, and Motor case experience.
• Experience managing own caseload and assisting Partners with high-value cases.
• Ability to work in a commercial environment and develop client relationships.

Responsabilités

• Manage a caseload of high-value Defendant Personal Injury, EL/PL and Motor matters.
• Draft pleadings and reports, attend court hearings, and meet deadlines.
• Instruct experts, gather evidence, and maintain client service standards.
• Support and mentor junior team members and contribute to team success.
