ROLE OVERVIEW

Lead and advise on high-value corporate transactions, including M&A, private equity deals, and business restructuring.

Provide strategic counsel to clients on corporate governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Expand client relationships and identify opportunities for business development.

Act as a mentor and leader, fostering professional development within the team.

Collaborate with senior stakeholders to refine service offerings and enhance client engagement.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE

7+ years PQE, ideally gained within a leading private practice or corporate-focused legal team.

Extensive experience in complex M&A, commercial structuring, and strategic corporate planning.

A commercial mindset with the ability to advise on both legal and business matters.

Strong leadership qualities with a desire to mentor and develop junior colleagues.
