This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced corporate solicitor to join this firm's fast-growing office in Glasgow. The firm is seeking a senior associate or legal director with at least 5 years of PQE and experience in a corporate transactional role. Experience from a major national, international, City, or equivalent firm is desirable; however, candidates with other backgrounds will still be considered if they can demonstrate the required level of corporate transactional experience.
