Mills & Reeve are hiring a Senior Associate into their Projects and Infrastructure team, during an exciting period of growth. The role is based in regional offices (excluding London), with Cambridge or Manchester preferred.

You'll handle high-value, nationally significant projects across social infrastructure, student accommodation, renewables and health, advising government bodies and private clients on complex contracts and innovative structures.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years' PQE with experience in public-sector or public-contract work.
• Strong drafting and practical advisory skills.
• Commercial awareness and client-focused approach.

Aufgaben

• Lead and co-lead infrastructure projects across sectors.
• Draft and negotiate complex commercial contracts.
• Advise on PFI/PPP documentation and procurement matters.
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to business development.
• Contribute to tenders and client training.
