Job summary

Mills & Reeve is hiring a Senior Associate to join the Projects and Infrastructure team. The role involves leading high-value infrastructure matters across social infrastructure, energy and public sector projects, working with partners across the national team.

The role can be based in regional offices outside London, with Cambridge or Manchester preferred. The role requires at least 5 years' PQE with public-sector contracting experience, strong drafting skills, and a client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' PQE with public-sector contracting experience.
• Strong drafting skills and sound judgement.
• Commercially minded with ability to give clear, practical advice.

Responsibilities

• Lead and co-lead major infrastructure projects.
• Draft and negotiate complex, high-value contracts.
• Advise on PFI/PPP, energy projects and public procurement.
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to tenders and BD.
