Senior Associate - Life Sciences/Healthcare Market Research - Midsized Global Consulting firm (UK based)

A new mid-level opportunity has opened up due to growth and demand for my client’s innovative market research offerings and services! This role offers the chance to join an established name in the healthcare research space, furthering your career in a dynamic, purpose-driven team with a collaborative and values-focused environment.

The role will focus on project execution and delivery, guiding junior colleagues, supporting senior leadership with business development, and taking on a visible role in a growing company.

You will be involved in every stage of the research process, from questionnaire design to the delivery of insightful results, in a truly international and cross-functional environment.

Your key responsibilities include:

1. Managing projects from start to finish: coordinating small teams, monitoring budgets and timelines
2. Analyzing data and producing clear, impactful client reports

Ideal profile:

• 2-6 years' experience in Healthcare/Pharma Market Research or similar consulting/agency environment
• Track record in executing and managing quantitative and/or qualitative projects end-to-end (specialization in either is desirable but not essential)
• Client-facing experience
• Eager to grow, progress, and develop juniors within a supportive and ambitious culture

Base salary: £40,000-£60,000 depending on experience
