We are seeking a Senior Associate in Life Sciences/Healthcare Market Research for a mid-sized, global consulting firm based in the UK. This opportunity has arisen due to growth and demand for our innovative market research services. The role focuses on project execution and delivery, guiding junior colleagues, supporting senior leadership with business development, and playing a visible role in our expanding company.

You will be involved in all stages of the research process, from designing questionnaires to delivering insightful reports, within an international and cross-functional setting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage projects from initiation to completion: coordinate small teams, monitor budgets and timelines.
2. Analyze data and produce clear, impactful client reports.

Ideal Profile:

• 2-6 years of experience in Healthcare/Pharma Market Research or similar consulting/agency environments.
• Experience in executing and managing quantitative and/or qualitative projects end-to-end (specialization in either is desirable but not essential).
• Client-facing experience.
• Ambitious and eager to grow, develop, and mentor juniors within a supportive culture.

Base salary ranges from £40,000 to £60,000, depending on experience.
