Job summary

BWW Recruitment is assisting an independent Corporate, Trust and Private Client services provider to hire a Senior Associate for the Corporate & Compliance team on a full-time, permanent basis. The role broadly combines company secretarial, governance and compliance responsibilities across an international client portfolio.

The successful candidate will manage incorporations, restructurings, ongoing administration and liquidations while overseeing KYC/AML duties and acting as the primary contact

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate services and company secretarial governance.
• Strong client relationship management and stakeholder communication.
• Professional, client-focused approach with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of international corporate structures including incorporations, restructurings, ongoing administration and liquidations across jurisdictions.
• Oversee KYC, AML and governance/compliance duties for clients.
• Take ownership of company secretarial matters for a portfolio of entities.
• Manage a portfolio of international corporate and private clients as the main point of contact for secretarial, governance and compliance matters.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members, reviewing work and providing technical guidance.
