Job summary

TLT is recruiting an Associate to join our Financial Services Disputes team in Bristol on a hybrid basis. This role would best suit a junior, qualified lawyer with 1 year PQE plus.

You will run a varied contentious caseload, provide strategic and commercial legal advice, participate in business development activities and collaborate with colleagues across our office locations nationwide.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with 1–3 years' PQE and experience in financial disputes, insurance, property or commercial litigation.
• Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills.
• Self-motivation with ability to manage workloads and deadlines.
• Ambitious team player supporting senior fee earners.

Responsibilities

• Run a varied contentious caseload for key financial services clients.
• Provide strategic and commercial legal advice on disputes, working with senior team members.
• Participate in business development activities with clients and potential clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues across our office locations nationwide.
