Job summary

Connect Legal Partners is seeking a corporate lawyer with solid PQE and strong ECM and public M&A experience to advise on equity offerings, governance matters and major deals. A national full service law firm with offices across the UK, acting for a wide mix of businesses, lenders, developers and public sector clients.

The role

You will advise companies, investment banks, brokers and major shareholders on equity capital markets, public M&A and corporate governance. The work includes primary and secondary share offerings on UK and international markets. You will run your own matters, work with partners on high value deals across sectors such as manufacturing, life sciences, technology, healthcare and real estate, mentor juniors and support business development.

What you will need

A corporate lawyer with solid PQE, typically four years plus, and broad ECM and public M&A experience. Strong technical and negotiation skills, commercial sense and the ability to mentor.
