We're seeking a motivated solicitor to join our expanding employment law team, focusing on serving private sector clients, from large multinationals to SMEs. This role involves handling a variety of employment issues, often with an international aspect, and offers the opportunity to manage cases independently or with guidance from a supervising partner, including overseeing junior lawyers.

Role Responsibilities
  • Advising on contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
  • Preparing for and advocating in employment tribunal cases.
  • Drafting contracts, policies, and advising on employment rights and corporate support matters like TUPE.
  • Participating in marketing and departmental projects, including seminars and publications.
