THE ROLE
An opportunity for an ambitious Senior Associate Director or Director Project Manager to work for a large firm of construction consultants based in London.
You will work on high-value projects for hotel developments, including new builds and fit-outs.
Candidates should be MRICS / MAPM or similarly qualified, with experience at another construction consultancy firm.
THE COMPANY
My client is a large firm providing Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Employers Agent, and Project Management services for projects in the UK and internationally.
They have offices across the UK and abroad, working on projects in sectors such as commercial, hospitality, residential, arenas, sports stadia, data centers, airports, and life sciences.
THE CANDIDATE
Qualified construction Project Managers at Senior Associate Director or Director level with a BSc or MSc degree.
Likely MRICS, MAPM, RIBA, MICE, or similar qualifications.
Significant experience managing high-value hotel projects, both new builds and fit-outs.
Excellent client-facing skills and ability to attract new clients.
Experience from project inception to completion, including pre- and post-contract activities.
Ability to supervise a team of project managers.
Experience across various building types preferred.
Proficiency with JCT D&B and other contract forms.
Strong analytical skills and a stable work record.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Salary ranges from approximately £90,000 to £110,000 or more, plus benefits such as professional fees, health insurance, pension, discretionary bonus, and others.
