Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking an Associate/Associate Director Geo-Environmental Consultant in London to lead complex geo-environmental projects, from desk studies to remediation design, while building client relationships and mentoring a growing team.

You’ll contribute to innovation, flexible working, and Chartered professional development through The Geological Society pathways, supported by a broad national team and regional offices.

Qualifications

• You’ll hold a degree or master’s in geology, engineering geology or environmental science.
• Eligibility for UK Security Clearance (SC level) and a full UK driving licence are required.
• Chartership via The Geological Society supported with mentoring is available.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support on geo-environmental projects across the full project lifecycle.
• Provide technical oversight and risk assessment, remediation design and regulatory liaison.
• Mentor and develop junior colleagues and line manage a growing team.
• Help drive business growth through client engagement, bids and framework submissions.
