Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent with excellent academic record.
• 3-5 years of commercial real estate investment, asset management, valuation, investment banking, private equity, or consulting experience.
• Fluent spoken and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain fund financial models.
• Lead the preparation of reporting materials for the senior leadership team and external stakeholders.
• Perform in-depth portfolio and asset financial analysis.
• Conduct macroeconomic and market research.
• Participate in quarterly valuation process with supporting calculations and analysis.
• Support fund budgeting with capital projections, equity raise forecasts, and deployment projections.
• Collaborate with finance, technology and investor relations teams to build and maintain data systems and dashboards.
