Edward Mann in Central London seeks a Senior Associate to join its Data & Cyber practice, focusing on cyber and technology insurance, coverage and incident response. You will advise insurers and insureds on policies, coverage positions and claims strategy for high‑value matters, including data protection and regulatory issues.

You will engage with brokers, clients and specialists, with opportunities to supervise junior lawyers and grow your practice in a leading London firm.

Qualifications

• Experience across cyber, technology, insurance coverage, data or related disputes.
• Exposure to complex, high‑value or multi‑insurer claims is advantageous.
• Ability to work under pressure on challenging matters.

Responsibilities

• Advising insurers, insureds and brokers on cyber insurance coverage and claims strategy.
• Work on complex cyber claims, including multi‑insurer matters and allocation issues.
• Support tech and data related claims and disputes, with ADR, mediation or litigation when needed.
• Supervise junior lawyers and take greater responsibility at Senior Associate level.
