Job summary

Forbes Solicitors in Leeds seeks a Senior Associate for the Insurance (Complex Claims) team. The role is full-time, 36.25 hours weekly, from 9am to 5pm, working with complex Defendant Insurance matters including Employers and Public Liability claims.

You will handle a diverse caseload, provide expert advice, and ensure profitability and KPI achievement while delivering exceptional client care.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with 7+ PQE in Employers/Public Liability claims.
• Proven ability to manage complex Defendant Insurance matters.
• Experience advising commercial organisations and dealing with insurers.

Responsibilities

• Handle own caseload of complex Employers/Public Liability claims.
• Advise on liability, contractual and indemnity issues for clients.
• Provide strategic legal guidance and draft/analyse documentation.
• Maintain client relationships and deliver high-quality service.
