Chadwick Nott is recruiting for an Associate or Senior Associate to join a leading defendant professional indemnity team in Leeds. You will handle high-quality professional indemnity claims for insurers and professionals and work with experienced partners in a national disputes group.

The role requires a strong background in professional indemnity and/or commercial litigation, with desirable but not essential experience in the professional indemnity insurance market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years PQE in insurance disputes or related field.
• Strong background in professional indemnity and/or commercial litigation.
• Experience with client relationships and supervising junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex professional indemnity claims for insurers and professionals.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and deliver high-quality service.
• Mentor and supervise junior colleagues to support team development.
