Henderson Scott is seeking a Senior Associate or Salaried Partner to lead a developing commercial property practice within a growing regional law firm. You will manage a full caseload, advise on acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development transactions, and play a key role in business development and mentoring junior lawyers.

Qualificações

• Qualified Solicitor with substantial experience in commercial property law.
• Ability to independently manage a broad commercial property caseload.
• Strong technical expertise across acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant, and development matters.
• Experience acting on secured lending transactions.
• Commercially minded with strong client and market awareness.
• Proven business development and networking experience.
• Leadership qualities with interest in mentoring and team development.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a full and varied caseload of commercial property matters.
• Advise clients on acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold properties.
• Handle landlord and tenant matters, including lease negotiations and renewals.
• Work on development transactions, including option agreements and promotion agreements.
• Advise lenders and borrowers in secured lending transactions.
• Drive business development and build relationships with local referrers, agents, developers, and business contacts.
• Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to departmental strategy and growth plans.
• Play a leading role in expanding the firm's commercial property offering.
