Qualifications

• 3+ years PQE in commercial property.
• Ability to manage commercial property transactions independently.
• Strong billing history and financial management.
• Proven client and professional relationship builder.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters from instruction to completion.
• Advise on acquisitions, disposals, and refinancing.
• Handle leases, renewals, assignments, subletting, and surrenders.
• Draft and negotiate deeds of easement and related documents.
• Provide landlord/tenant guidance and compliance advice.
• Support partners in business development and growth strategies.
• Contribute to expansion of the property department.
