Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with experience handling a broad range of Commercial Property matters.
• Able to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
• Commercially minded with excellent client care and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle acquisitions and disposals of commercial property.
• Manage landlord and tenant matters.
• Oversee lease grants, assignments, renewals and variations.
• Assist with commercial refinancing and secured lending.
• Contribute to development and investment transactions.
• Handle option agreements and conditional contracts.
• Address property aspects of corporate and business transactions.
• Manage own caseload with supervision on more complex matters.
