Take this opportunity to join an L500 Commercial Property team within a highly respected independent Scottish law firm known for its excellent culture and client-first approach.

In this role, you'll work on a diverse portfolio of Commercial Property transactions across key sectors such as industrial, healthcare, housing, retail, rural and government.

You will be involved in:

• Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
• Leasing transactions (landlord and tenant)
• Development projects and site assembly
• Real estate finance and security transactions
• Supporting corporate and finance teams on property matters
• Actively mentor and support junior colleagues.

You will have the opportunity to work alongside highly regarded experts and Partners in the industry, becoming a vital part of a high-performing and collaborative team.

Your Experience

• 5+ years PQE in Commercial Property
• Strong technical knowledge and experience across a broad range of property transactions
• Proven ability to manage complex caseloads independently, while collaborating effectively with colleagues and clients
• Commercial awareness and a proactive, solution-focused mindset
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues alike
• Actively mentor and support junior colleagues, contributing to their professional growth and team development.
