Job summary

Pinsent Masons in Leeds is seeking a pro-active Senior Associate (4-6 PQE) to broaden their commercial litigation and international arbitration practice. The role offers exposure to high-value disputes within a leading global disputes group and opportunities to develop cross-border expertise.

Ideal candidates are England & Wales qualified with 4-6 PQE, capable of managing complex disputes, drafting pleadings, and contributing to client development with a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Qualified England & Wales lawyer with 4-6 PQE.
• Experience in complex high-value disputes.
• Excellent case management and client service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Advise on a wide range of commercial disputes including contractual, corporate and financial services disputes and civil fraud.
• Manage disputes across all stages from pre-action through to resolution.
• Draft court documents including pleadings and evidence.
• Work collaboratively across our offices globally on cross-border mandates.
• Take ownership of workstreams with support from senior colleagues.
• Build client relationships and contribute to business development.
