Job summary

A globally recognised law firm is seeking a disputes specialist focused on commercial litigation with exposure to arbitration. The role offers high-profile, cross-jurisdictional matters and a platform to work on multi-billion-dollar disputes for major clients.

You will contribute to complex cases across High Court proceedings, LCIA and ICC arbitrations, and enforcement actions, collaborating with leading partners.

Qualifications

• 3-5 PQE qualified in England & Wales (or equivalent with strong English law expertise).
• Solid experience in commercial litigation; exposure to arbitration proceedings advantageous.
• Familiarity with complex matters such as post-M&A disputes, warranty claims and enforcement of arbitral awards.
• Exceptional analytical and drafting skills with an ability to deliver strategic, pragmatic advice.
• Strong advocacy and communication skills for client-facing and court/arbitral work.
• A collegiate, team-oriented approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced global environment.
• High level of organisation and detail orientation, able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Join a leading disputes team focusing predominantly on commercial litigation (~70%) with exposure to arbitration work.
• Work on High Court litigation, LCIA and ICC arbitrations, as well as enforcement and set-aside actions.
• Deliver advice at the highest standard and collaborate with partners on cross-border matters.
