Role

1. While the Restructuring & Insolvency Team is part of the wider Commercial Disputes Resolution team, it handles both contentious and non-contentious work.
2. The team has a varied practice involving corporate entities and individuals.
3. The work includes significant advisory work, both preventative and within restructuring and insolvency processes. Experience in all advisory areas is not required; willingness to learn is essential.

You

1. A confident and experienced senior associate committed to providing excellent client service, seeking an opportunity to help grow the team and mentor junior lawyers and paralegals.
2. Strong technical knowledge and familiarity with both contentious and non-contentious insolvency and restructuring law, with a genuine enthusiasm for the practice area and its future development.
3. Ability to serve a broad range of clients, including insolvency practitioners, corporate entities, directors, shareholders, and individuals in personal insolvency matters.
