Role overview
The successful candidate will be a member of the Commercial Dispute Resolution team, principally reporting to Raj Pabla. The team acts for a broad range of clients in relation to complex litigation both in the UK and internationally, helping them tackle disputes effectively. The successful candidate will assist with a varied caseload from inception to conclusion. Whilst primarily based in the London Office we would expect you to assist clients from across the offices of the firm.
The Commercial Dispute Resolution team in London covers a wide breadth of commercial litigation and arbitration work. The team is currently comprised of 3 Partners, 3 Senior Associates, 2 Associates, 2 Trainees and 2 Paralegals.
Individually they all have a broad range of experience across both general Commercial dispute work and various individuals in the team also carry out more specialist work, including in relation to construction, engineering and IT disputes.
