HF (Hempsons, part of the HF group) is recruiting a Senior Associate in healthcare litigation to handle a wide range of NHS and public/private sector matters in a hybrid Leeds/Manchester/Newcastle/Harrogate setup. The role may include client secondments and entails handling pre-action work, trials, settlements and supervision within a busy team.

Qualificações

• Previous healthcare litigation experience, ideally from another panel firm or medical defence insurer or indemnifier.
• Familiar with issues relevant to our clients within the healthcare sector.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to uphold strong confidentiality and ensure compliance with client requirements.
• Able to work to tight deadlines and targets.
• Flexible and willing to take on a varied workload.
• Able to work as part of a wider team.

We are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Associate / healthcare litigation lawyer, who will undertake a wide variety of healthcare litigation work for the NHS and other public and private healthcare providers. There may also be an opportunity to undertake client secondments.

Key Responsibilities
