Job summary

Bennett And Game Recruitment is seeking an Associate Civil Engineer in Sevenoaks to lead civil and infrastructure projects from feasibility through construction. You will own drainage, highways and earthworks, guiding a team of engineers and technicians to deliver high-quality designs.

The role involves client liaison, design reviews and coordination with Local Authorities and other stakeholders, across regeneration, education, commercial, and residential sectors.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Chartered status or close to Chartership.
• Strong UK consultancy experience in civil engineering, drainage and infrastructure design.
• Experience leading technical delivery of civil engineering projects.
• Experience mentoring engineers and technicians.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering and infrastructure projects from feasibility through construction.
• Lead drainage, highways, external works, levels, earthworks and wider site infrastructure design.
• Prepare drawings, calculations, models, specifications and technical reports.
• Coordinate with clients, architects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Mentor engineers and technicians within the team.
