We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate / Senior Associate to lead our Civil Infrastructure team in Northampton. We’ve built a great reputation over the years and now we look forward to a period of further expansion as we grow our presence in the Midlands and beyond.
This role offers the chance to work with experienced Civil Engineers, overseeing projects from inception to completion. You will advise on a range of regional and national projects in development and infrastructure sectors, including urban extensions, logistics parks, and regeneration projects.
You will contribute to the Midlands leadership team, helping shape the future direction of the group, and work closely with senior team members and the wider business to deliver key projects. Mentoring and inspiring junior colleagues will also be part of your role.
Your role will be diverse and challenging, with opportunities for career development.
You should be degree qualified in civil engineering or a related field, and professionally qualified (CEng or IEng). You should focus on delivering coordinated solutions, be a strategic thinker, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, such as utility and highway authorities.
Ideally, you will have experience in infrastructure design for multi-disciplinary projects, including highway design and site supervision. Proven project delivery experience, client interaction, mentoring skills, and familiarity with Civils 3D, MicroDrainage, and utility coordination are advantageous.
