• Establish governance, tracking, and delivery timelines; follow-through to closure.
• Produce executive-ready materials for leadership forums and notes.
• Coordinate leadership communications with disciplined version control.
• Plan and drive content for leadership meetings and offsites.
• Support inputs validation and alignment with CEO priorities.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders to accelerate execution.
• Support process improvements to increase scalability and velocity.
