Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Cash Equities Client Service Senior Associate to act as the primary client contact for trade processing and settlement. You will allocate trades, issue confirmations, handle pre-matching, and resolve inquiries to ensure smooth settlement.

You will collaborate with global teams, maintain audit trails, and drive improvements to STRAIGHT-THROUGH PROCESSING while delivering high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• Experience in client services or middle/back office operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.

• Comfort with risk awareness across end-to-end transaction life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary operations point of contact for clients and sales desks.
• Allocate trades to funds and issue accurate trade confirmations.
• Manage pre-matching and smooth settlement of transactions.
• Address client queries promptly and maintain audit trails.
• Provide timely updates to Front Office on trade status and issues.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and STRT.
• Collaborate with technology and operations for SME input on projects.
