Job summary

Jobtailor in the United Kingdom is seeking an MRICS Building Surveyor to lead dilapidations and technical due diligence for landlords and tenants. You will deliver commercially focused advice, robust negotiation strategies and manage commissions across commercial property sectors.

You will produce high-quality reports, mentor junior surveyors, support APC progression and drive business development through client relationships, networking and market engagement.

Qualifications
