Senior Associate – Board Level Search – Financial Services

My client, a boutique Board search firm based in Central London, is looking for an Executive Search professional to join their London Financial Services practice as a Senior Associate.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with global Retail Financial Services organisations - playing an integral part in the delivery of Board land NED level roles.

Working within a candidate centric, executive search environment, this role is fundamentally key to the execution of senior leadership positions. On a day to day basis you will target companies, continually develop an understanding of the competitive landscape in which clients operate and network with industry sources.

You will be a motivated and confident self-starter and with between three and five years' experience working in a retained environment.

You will have excellent academics, outstanding organisational skills and have the ability to persuade and influence at the highest levels. You will be a high achiever, be self-confident and take ownership of your responsibilities.
