The Associate Architect will manage design quality, project delivery, and client relationships, while helping grow the London office and pursuing new opportunities in education, residential and healthcare sectors.

Qualifikationen

• RIBA Part III qualification / ARB registration is required.
• Strong client-facing, networking and business development skills are preferred.
• Experience mentoring architectural staff and leading teams is desirable.
• Proven ability to lead projects through multiple RIBA stages and manage resources.

• Leading architectural projects through all RIBA stages
• Managing and mentoring members of the architectural team
• Preparing feasibility studies, design concepts and planning applications
• Producing and reviewing technical information using Revit
• Managing project resources, fees, forecasting and profitability
• Attending client, design and site meetings
• Supporting bids, fee proposals and tender submissions
• Developing existing client relationships and generating new opportunities
• Contributing to the continued growth of the London office
