Parogon is seeking a Senior Assistant Manager to elevate operational excellence, guest experiences and people development in our restaurant. You will lead front and back of house teams, coordinate service flow, and drive consistent delivery of unforgettable moments for guests.

In this role you will mentor and develop your team, implement efficient processes, and partner with leaders to maintain high standards of service, quality and hospitality. A passion for people and performance is essential.
