Job description

Job Description: Corporate Governance & Company Secretarial Specialist

We are currently recruiting for a professional with a proven track record in the Co Sec and Governance space to join our client on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering best-in-class corporate compliance and governance across a UK-based parent company, its EMEA businesses, and the wider organization. You will lead and support the implementation of UK, EMEA, or global projects related to governance and corporate compliance initiatives, working closely with multiple stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications and experience required include:

  1. Chartered status from the Institute of Corporate Governance (UK & Ireland) or an equivalent corporate governance qualification.
  2. Proven experience in a company secretarial role within an international organization.
  3. Strong technical expertise in corporate governance.
  4. Ability to develop strong stakeholder relationships.
  5. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  6. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
